What happens if I miss a payment?

Klarna sends reminders before each payment is due. If a payment is missed after the grace period, a late fee may be charged. Repeated missed payments may be reported to credit reference agencies and could affect your ability to use Klarna or other credit in future.

Will Klarna run a credit check on me?

Yes — Klarna performs a credit search each time you use Pay in 3 or Pay in 30 days to assess your application for that specific order.

Is my payment information safe?

Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are stored by or shared with Karla Cosmetics Ltd. All transactions use the latest industry-standard security protocols.

I've had a payment request but haven't received my order — what do I do?

Please contact us first to check your order status. You can also contact Klarna's customer service to put the payment on hold while we look into it.
