At Karla Cosmetics, we want you to have a pleasant experience using our products. However, we understand that some people may have allergic reactions to certain ingredients in cosmetics. It is important to inform us if you have a reaction as this helps us ensure the safety of our products for the general public. We always monitor reported reactions and take appropriate action if needed.
- If you suspect that you have had an allergic reaction, please contact our team within 48 hours of product use with the following information:
- Stop using the suspected product(s) and wash off any remaining product.
- Seek medical attention if the reaction does not clear up quickly.
- If you require urgent medical attention, do not hesitate to contact your doctor or visit a hospital emergency department.
- Discuss your reaction with a healthcare professional to identify the cause and avoid future reactions.
- It is important to identify if the reaction is to a specific ingredient, as you could react to the same substance in another product.
Once you have contacted us, we will record and investigate the adverse reaction. Your information will be kept confidential in accordance with data protection legislation. We may ask you to return the product and seek permission to communicate with your doctor if you have sought medical attention. We reserve the right to request a doctor's letter and/or photo of the reaction.
Please ensure that you check the expiry date of our products before using them, as expired products can cause reactions. All product descriptions, ingredients, and usage instructions on our site have been provided by the manufacturers. If you have any concerns regarding the safety of certain ingredients, please contact us or your doctor for further information.
Contest Rules
Entry Requirements:
No purchase necessary to enter or win.
All entries must be submitted during the giveaway period specified on Karla Cosmetics' social media account.
To enter, participants must follow Karla Cosmetics' social media account, like the giveaway post, and tag a friend in the comments. Multiple entries are allowed.
To participate in the giveaway, participants must be at least 18 years of age. While we do offer international shipping, we cannot guarantee that all locations are eligible to receive shipments at the time of the giveaway. In the event that there are shipping restrictions to a particular country, we reserve the right to exclude that location from the giveaway.
Karla Cosmetics reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these entry requirements.
Custom Fees and Charges:
Karla Cosmetics will cover shipping costs for winners.
Winners are responsible for any custom fees, taxes, or charges that may be incurred for shipping.
Chances of Winning:
The chances of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
Karla Cosmetics reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time, without liability to participants.
Notification of Winner:
The winner will be chosen at random and announced on Karla Cosmetics' social media account within 48 hours of the giveaway period ending.
The winner will be contacted via direct message on the social media platform they used to enter the giveaway.
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, another winner will be chosen.
Alternate Winner:
In the event that the original winner is disqualified or cannot be contacted, an alternate winner will be chosen at random.
The same notification and response timeframes will apply to the alternate winner.
Disputes:
By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to these terms and conditions and any decisions made by Karla Cosmetics.
Any disputes arising from the giveaway will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without giving effect to its conflict of laws principles.
Official Rules and List of Winners:
The official rules of the giveaway will be posted on Karla Cosmetics' social media account.
A list of winners will be available upon request after the giveaway period has ended by sending an email to Karla Cosmetics' customer service team at orders@karla-cosmetics.com

By signing up for our Karla Store, you agree to receive marketing communications from us via email and text message. We may use your information to promote our brand and share updates about our products and services. If you wish to be removed from our marketing list, you can request to be unsubscribed at any time by emailing us at support@karla-cosmetics.com . Please note that all PR packages and KC artists will be automatically signed up for marketing communications as part of the KC Family. However, if you are a PR package recipient or a KC artist and wish to be removed, please contact us via email.
